We are actively seeking experienced Legal/Judicial contract professionals who possess substantial expertise in transcribing depositions and hearings. This role offers a fully remote position for Independent Contractors, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process audio recordings accurately to produce verbatim transcripts.
  • Maintain strict adherence to style guides while ensuring high-quality transcripts.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated in-office team whenever assistance is needed.
  • Manage your own schedule effectively to meet the demands of the workload.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
  • Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong literacy skills, encompassing comprehension, spelling, and grammar.
  • Proficiency in typing speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology is essential.
  • Ability to navigate challenging audio/text content.
  • Capability to successfully pass a background check.
