Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings.
• Produce verbatim transcripts while adhering to established style guides.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all transcription work.
• Collaborate remotely with our supportive in-office team as necessary.

• Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
• Exceptional listening capabilities to ensure precise transcription.
• Strong adherence to deadlines and the ability to follow client-specific style guides.
• Outstanding literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar.
• High typing proficiency, with a focus on both speed and accuracy.
• Ability to process sensitive audio/text content (content may be offensive).
• Familiarity with legal terminology is essential.
