Job Summary

The Clinical Network Provider Requests Specialist (Remote option available) is responsible for quickly identifying, recruiting, and contracting with mental health providers on an ad-hoc basis due to the special requests and/or needs of our clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit EAP and behavioral health providers for ad hoc contracting and possible participation in ComPsych's professional provider network
  • Negotiate rates, confirm required credentials, and finalize contracts for immediate access to care for a patient
  • Work closely with ComPsych's clinical team to ensure a successful experience for the client
  • Secure appointments with behavioral health providers with clients that require immediate clinical attention

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Psychology, Social Work or other behavioral health or counseling related field.
  • 2+ years of professional business experience in a healthcare or clinical environment
  • Experience working in an Insurance, Benefits, and/or Human Resources related industry preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up
  • Exceptional communication skills, with strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to meet daily production expectations
