Product Area Manager- Tietoevry Industry Data Platforms

We are a leading tech company that specializes in processing documents and invoices for Nordic customers. We are continuously expanding our services to new markets and are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Area Manager for eInvoicing globally

About Billing and Invoicing
The Billing and Invoicing unit plays a crucial role in facilitating efficient payments, invoicing, and document handling on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers, ensuring that their business processes flow smoothly while at the same time providing the end-customers a superior customer experience.

Approximately 100 employees are working towards this service area, and the department is responsible for optimizing processes from purchase to pay, resulting in an enhanced customer experience.
 

As Product Area Manager your mission is to:
  • Be the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a specified product area, eInvoicing, within Billing and Invoice and the related and selected partners.

  • Contribute to development of existing and new products/channels, as well as managing key partners within the area in all geographies where Billing & Invoice is present.

  • As the Product Area Manager, you will be the primary responsible for the strategy, development, and maintenance of the product area.

  • Be the contact for partners and work closely with them and our Product teams to build and develop strong relationships, focused on delivering value to our customers.

  • Participate or drive our strategic initiatives related to an area for Billing and Invoice.   
     

Responsibilities:
  • Drive and structure market analysis activities related to the product area space, which is relevant for the B&I product portfolio.

  • Drive partner product processes on behalf of B&I

  • Manage the product area so it is easy to sell, easy to deliver, easy to support and easy to invoice

  • Make sure that the product has gone through the Product enablement process per country

  • Participate in product area and partner forums.

  • Deliver presentations, demos and workshops for customers, in cooperation with product and presales.

Requirements:
  • Work experience from the outbound area, focus on eInvoice min. 3 years

  • Experience from software product-based deliveries, partner management and/value based sales

  • Problem solving mentality

  • Pay attention to details

  • Takes initiatives and drive them

  • Fluency in English and Finnish – extra language is a bonus
