Product Manager Software Development

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Product Manager to lead a high-performing team of developers and drive product innovation. What You'll Do:



-Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a team of skilled developers, defining clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics to deliver best-in-class products.

-Product Development: Own the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring technical excellence and innovation in every release.

-Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with company goals, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to drive product vision.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-level executives, sales, marketing, and customer operations teams to ensure cohesive product strategies and seamless go-to-market execution.

-Process Optimization: Establish scalable development processes, leveraging Agile or Lean methodologies to maximize efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve time-to-market.

-Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical development, balancing the needs of business stakeholders with technical feasibility.

-Innovation Focus: Identify opportunities for product enhancements, new features, or entirely new solutions, always keeping an eye on future trends and emerging technologies.

-Code Management: Oversee code quality, version control, and deployment practices, ensuring the team adheres to the best coding standards and seamless integration processes across all environments.

-Total Quality Management & QA: Implement and enforce comprehensive quality assurance processes, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction through continuous testing, feedback loops, and iterative improvements.

What You'll Bring:



Technical Expertise: 7+ years of experience in product management or a technical leadership role within a fast-paced SaaS or software development environment.

Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and grow technical teams, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products on time.
