The Lead TA Manager - France will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates for go-to-market roles in France. The historic and largest market for Malt. This role is ideally suited for an experienced recruitment professional adept in advanced sourcing techniques, process optimization, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, process-oriented, and committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience while meeting immediate and strategic hiring needs.
Key responsibilities âšUtilize innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain pipelineActively engage with passive candidates to establish ongoing relationships and ensure a steady flow of high-quality talent aligned with our French market growth strategy.Conduct behavioural interviews for mid-level positions to evaluate how well candidates fit with our culture and business needs.Improve candidate experience by enhancing every step of the recruitment process, from application to job offer.Guide and mentor a small team of up to three recruiters, promoting a culture of excellence and high performance while ensuring best practices and data-driven decision-making through continuous feedbackCultivate strong relationships with hiring managers across the go-to-market functions to proactively understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.About you đ§âđBachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles, ideally within go-to-market functions.Proficient in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews, with a proven track record of securing top talent.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven recruitment and process optimization.Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR teams.Experience managing and mentoring a small team is a plus.Fluent in both French and English.đScreening with ChloĂ©, T.A, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions.
