You will work on analyzing data, identifying trends, generating insights, finding improvement opportunities, leading local operations projects, and working closely with local/cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make Croatian cities more sustainable, accessible and affordable.

• <point>Gathering and analyzing data from various sources (rides data, user feedback, financial reports, etc.) to monitor supply/demand performance and create reports with key insights for stakeholders.</point>
• <point>Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.</point>
• <point>Documenting and optimising business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.</point>
• <point>Developing and recommending scenarios and strategies to support strategic planning and forecasting.</point>
• <point>Collaborate with local operations and other local/HQ teams to streamline relevant processes and suggest improvements</point>

• <point>You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills.</point>

• <point>You can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, staying well-organized and meeting deadlines.</point>
• <point>You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently.</point>
• <point>You possess a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in your work.</point>
