Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.

We are looking for a Director, TV to join our Los Angeles-based Platform team. The Director, TV will lead a large team executing multi-faceted social media campaigns for a high profile television brand. The Director, TV will be the lead point of contact for the client and will be responsible for finding opportunities to grow their assigned business by identifying agency capabilities and solutions for client projects and campaign needs. The Director, TV will have experience managing large social media teams, and success in growing client relationships and business.

Your Impact
  • Lead a team that creates and manages innovative brand social media campaigns for the client, by developing brand strategy, creating and refining brand voice, building out content pillars, conceptualizing social creatives, and engaging with audiences across social media platforms.
  • Work closely with client leads, addressing the progress and success of all campaigns and ensuring overall client satisfaction
  • Partner with Supervisors for the respective client teams to develop top-of-the-line social strategies for all projects
  • Strengthen client relationships and look for opportunities to grow and expand them, acting as a partner and consultant year-round
  • Correspond with Platform partners to digest and diffuse relevant new platform developments and best practices, offering strategic applications for shows
  • Develop and implement processes and workflows customized to the client partner team
  • Act as a company-wide expert on entertainment and brand verticals
  • Manage full headcount of assigned teams, acting as their advocate while ensuring quality assurance, best practices, and positive team morale


  • Your Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Social Media
  • Must have entertainment experience; Specifically Network TV
  • Agency experience is preferred
  • Leadership experience managing large teams
  • Experience leading cross-functional campaigns and projects
  • Strong communicator and collaborator


  • Your Availability
  • 9am-6pm PST; M-F
  • Occasional nights, weekends & holidays support.
