Job description

Global LT is a company offering language and culture training, translation, and interpretation services all over the world. Since 1979, we have been empowering professionals and their families to live, work, and communicate successfully everywhere and anywhere.

Our clients are families who relocated to a different country and need to learn a new language. In the past months, we have received many requests for language tutors for children, so we are looking for qualified teachers to expand our network.

Once a teacher is selected to work with us, we complete all the paperwork, and the teacher becomes a part of our team of talented teachers. You are assigned a Talent Success Coach, who will be your point of contact and send you our current vacancies. It is completely up to you to decide if you want to accept new students or not, so you can take the students you prefer, based on your availability.

All the positions that we offer are freelance positions, and you have total freedom to create the lesson plan or select the teaching material based on your own preferences or your initial assessment.

Job Information:

  • Individual and group classes are possible

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
  • Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
  • Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
  • Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
  • Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience
