Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join CLEAResult as an Energy Representative! This entry-level role will support our New Jersey Energy Efficiency Programs, bringing energy auditing and efficiency solutions to program participants. This field-based role is a great opportunity to build a career in the energy, home auditing, or home inspection field.

In this role, you will…

• Travel to program participant residences to participate in energy audits
• Complete basic installations, including LED bulbs, shower heads, various weatherization products
• Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications
• Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.

Exciting candidates have…

• Up to 1 year of relevant industry experience
• 1-2 years of general experience with customer service, field work, installation experince, etc
• High school diploma or GED required
