The Opportunity

This remote opportunity in FL or PA will report to the Sr. Manager, Value Stream Change Management. The Sr. Change Management Partner is a dedicated change practitioner accountable for aligning with the Product Management teams, the Value Streams partners, and technology partners to deliver Change Management capabilities for priorities within the business. You will also be responsible for leading the execution of change management activities for large-scale technology-driven change projects and advising on smaller-scale technology change activities. You will build Large-Scale Change Programs and advise on Small-Scale Technology Change Programs.

Your Impact

  • Apply a structured approach and defined tools to lead large-scale technology-enabled change management activities with project leadership, technology partners and impacted teams.

  • Partner with project team and leaders to gain visibility to projects, stakeholder impacts, and timelines.

  • Perform business impact assessments and determine degree and type of impact to end-user skills and behaviors, job/tasks, technology, and organizational culture.

  • Assess organizational readiness and monitor change saturation levels to identify risks. Maintain a stakeholder analysis inventory across the project.

  • Lead the execution of change enablement activities and communications to enhance team member awareness and knowledge.

  • Measure end-users change readiness and adoption metrics through change surveys, training data, and feedback leading up to and beyond go-live to ensure successful adoption.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required. in lieu of a degree,10 years of applicable experience.

  • 5 years business experience.

  • 3 years of experience leading organizational change projects within Technology.

  • Prosci Change Management Certification/experience with the Prosci methodology will be beneficial in this role.
