I. Major Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for updating and managing Conflict of Interest (COI) system for UMMH and UMass Chan.
2. Aligns & maintains data consistent with Workday / other key IT systems.
3. Collaborates with UMass Chan and vendor to update system monthly.
4. Responsible for all COI data aggregation and reporting including but not limited to:
- Monthly entity status reports for outstanding disclosures
- Chair department reports for annual Chair review
- Campaign status reports
- Other reports as requested
- Monthly reconciliation with workday
5. Conducts pre-production testing with vendor and COI Team.
6. Provides technical (COI) system support for users.
Standard Supervisory Responsibilities:
1. Supervises assigned personnel including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training. Makes recommendations on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolves grievances and other personnel problems within position responsibilities.
2. Coordinates the assignment of tasks and helps resolve technical and operational problems. Evaluates the impact of solutions to ensure goals are achieved.
3. Provides effective direction, guidance, and leadership over the staff for effective teamwork and motivation, and fosters the effective integration of efforts with system-wide initiatives.
4. Encourages and supports diverse views and approaches, creating an environment of professionalism, respect, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.
5. Integrates diversity into departmental objectives, such as hiring, promotions, training, vendor selections, etc.

Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree.
Experience/Skills:
Required:
1. Three to five years of related experience.
2. Ability to work independently and manage and facilitate complex projects with remote teams across multiple departments, entities, and institutions.
3. Impeccable attention to detail and follow through.
4. Proven track record of executing complex projects across teams.
5. Strong data aggregation and report generation skills.
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel; Tableau; SQL.
