Cymulate is seeking an experienced and passionate VP of Sales to lead our APJ team, focusing on both direct and channel sales efforts across the region. The ideal candidate will define and drive the go-to-market strategy, recruit and develop top sales talent, and lead exponential revenue growth in the APJ market.

What You Will Do::

 

    • Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Execute the APJ territory go-to-market plan, integrating sales, marketing, and channel strategies to drive growth.
    • Client Relationship Development: Cultivate and manage key client relationships while meeting sales and revenue targets.
    • Pipeline and Forecasting Management: Oversee accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and provide progress updates using CRM systems.
    • Regional Operations Leadership: Guide daily operations to meet the region’s revenue growth plans and objectives.
    • Incentive Program Oversight: Design and manage incentive programs to motivate the sales team and achieve sales targets.
    • Talent Recruitment and Development: Build and mentor a world-class sales team, setting the foundation for success across APJ.

    What You Will need:

     

      • Experience: 15+ years in sales with a proven record of leading and managing teams to achieve targets in a high-growth environment.
      • Achievement-Oriented: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding growth and expansion targets.
      • Leadership in Complex Sales: Experience in leading sales teams within enterprise settings and complex client acquisition-driven businesses.
      • Cybersecurity Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of cybersecurity and familiarity with the APJ market.
      • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in delivering presentations and negotiating with key stakeholders.
      • Goal-Driven Mindset: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, competitive, and results-oriented leader.
