Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise across various Salesforce Clouds, including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM Analytics, to design, develop, and manage end-to-end Salesforce solutions. This role demands a proactive approach to data integration, personalized customer engagement, team collaboration, and technical leadership to deliver optimized and scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities per Role:
  • Salesforce Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud:
  • Develop and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud features (Data Spaces, Streaming and Batch Data Transforms, Identity Resolution, Segmentation, and Data Enrichment).
  • Design and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and A/B testing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Content Builder, and Ad Studio.
  • Integrate diverse data sources for segmentation, identity resolution, and enriched customer insights.

  • Salesforce CRM Analytics & Reporting:
  • Use Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) and other visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to create dashboards and reports, aligning data insights with business needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data visualization requirements into actionable insights and create reporting solutions for CRM and Contact Center data analytics.

  • Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Development Leadership:
  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring technical integrity and seamless integration across platforms.
  • Act as a Scrum Master for development teams, utilizing Agile methodologies to guide project execution and ensure timely delivery.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance in adherence to Salesforce best practices.

  • Technical Architecture & Quality Assurance:
  • Architect solutions using Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Process Builder) and integrate external web technologies (HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript) for a cohesive user experience.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and automation testing plans with tools like Selenium or ACCELQ to ensure high-quality and reliable deployments.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to refine QA processes, defect tracking, and testing documentation using JIRA.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Service Cloud.
  • Expertise in SQL, ETL tools, data modeling, and handling Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Mapping Objects (DMOs).
  • Strong web development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web integration using APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Advanced experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, and QA automation tools such as ACCELQ, Selenium, or Tosca.
