About The Role: Reporting directly to the Head of Product, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes and projects that will shape the future of our organization. You'll be responsible for defining scope, planning, and executing critical technology and business readiness initiatives, ensuring extraordinary outcomes every step of the way. You’ll also manage the full project lifecycle and large-scale initiatives across our diverse teams, driving transformative business change and making a real impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of programmes and projects, including but not limited to aspects such as scope definition, planning, execution in terms of both Technology delivery and Business readiness, communications and result measurement
  • Managing the full delivery lifecycle of large-scale projects, spanning across various organization units
  • Leading Organizational / Business Change
  • Ensuring clear and effective communication across various stakeholders, including Senior Leadership
  • Managing relationships with 3rd party providers
  • Creation and maintenance of project governance and control artifacts
  • Working with Business Owners and Sponsors to shape and make key decisions on objectives, scope, timescales, deliverables and benefits of Programmes and Projects
  • Key Programme and Project escalation point; managing escalation of risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring mitigating actions are successfully executed


Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years programme/project management experience in digitally focused industries
  • Solid knowledge of modern project management practices and agile software development methodologies
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Experience of working closely with software development teams on one side and marketing teams on the other side
  • Experience of working in complex organisations and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker, ability to build relationships and to articulate ideas clearly
  • Energetic and tenacious, assertive and diplomatic
  • Hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and extensive presentation skills
  • Sports betting and gaming industry experience (a strong plus)
