As a Support Specialist, you’ll be managing and responding to inbound communication from our global community of teachers and students across 90+ countries. We are a globally distributed team and this role is fully remote.

Channels of support
Our primary modes of support are through email (specifically Hubspot) and questions/submissions through our Help Centre. It’s expected that we’ll soon be introducing additional channels through online communities such as Discord.
