We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nuclear Sales Manager to lead growth efforts for Baker Hughes in the North American Consolidated and Masonellian markets. This role is critical in driving sales strategy, managing key industry relationships, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions to clients in the nuclear sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, with a proven track record in industrial sales or customer service.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting sales calls to key nuclear sites and other industry influence centers (Nuclear ASP, EPC, and Utility HQ engineering ). Promotion of OEM parts sales and product upgrades for Consolidated and Masoneilan.
- Working collaboratively with the activities of supporting functions to ensure that technical and business problems are resolved in the balanced interest of BH and the Nuclear customer.
- Providing liaison between Nuclear Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Engineering to resolve product field issues
- Developing robust sales opportunity pipeline for direct and channel accounts. Clearly documenting in CRM tools to drive operational focus and deal closure
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely manner on the processing of customer orders, acknowledgements, Purchase Order amendments, and alteration notification
- Clearly defining and communicating problems as perceived by the customer
- Developing and maintaining a customer preference relationship toward BHGE
- Monitoring special programs and coordinate both internally and externally with the customer
- Screening and analyzing customer order practices looking for trends and unusual order practices to align with pricing policies
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 7 years of experience in Sales, Customer & Product Support, Marketing and/or Services)
- Have at least 5 years experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service – ideally in the Nuclear industry
