National Accounts Manager - Transportation

Our next Account Manager for our national account transportation customers is a self-starting impact player that values working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines and enjoys turning on the charm. Reporting into National Accounts Division this position will manage, coordinate, and oversee all activity within his/her specific area of responsibility transportation clients.

Location: Must reside in Dallas, TX 

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain master calendar for Transportation communicate deadlines and adhere to schedules.
  • Ensure any new items added to the wine program fit current configurations for catering/bar cart. Work with transportation and catering to maximize space for wine.
  • Oversee monthly/quarterly collateral and ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Write wine list descriptions for menus.
  • Write and maintain wine library of phonetic spelling/pronunciation.
  • Order, Ship or Deliver sample requests as needed to transportation clients.
  • Provide overall support for Transportation division.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in wine industry and/or Airline commodities industry required.
  • and Meticulous organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
