Senior UX/UI Designer - Fully Remote

Located in the heart of Dubai, but operating in a fully remote model, our client is a dynamic enterprise specialized in Software Development.

You will work in a multinational and diverse environment, where you’re encouraged to grow and learn.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer you will help the company with their main products interface design and you will help the company grow. You will join at an exciting time while the company continues their growth where you will be a key figure in driving this forward. 

Working time is GMT+4

Responsibilities:

• Create an exciting and innovative main product website for a fintech company that captivates users and showcases cutting-edge financial solutions!
• Outline the requirements for developers, detail the components, and seamlessly integrate them into the design system. 
• Partnering with developers to elevate design implementation and create exceptional user experiences
• Engaging in dynamic design reviews of ready-made websites
• Offer support for corporate Design System

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in interface design
• Fluent in Russian 
• A compelling portfolio that highlights a diverse array of design projects, showcasing expertise across multiple styles and creative approaches.
• A strong grasp of design principles, such as typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy

Preffered qualifications:

• Skilled at bringing ideas and concepts to life through captivating visual designs
• Expertise in leading design software like Figma
• A sharp eye for detail paired with a vibrant sense of visual aesthetics 
• Mastering time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
• A deep understanding of the latest design trends, cutting-edge technologies, and industry best practices
