Join us and make a big impact in a fun, dynamic environment!

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and expand a first-class engineering team, addressing any gaps as we scale. Foster a supportive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.

  • Set priorities and ensure the delivery of valuable and delightful customer experiences.

  • Champion engineering and operational excellence by establishing and tracking metrics for quality and velocity, managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.

  • Provide strong technical leadership and guidance, setting the technical vision and software architecture, while mentoring a high-velocity engineering team.

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, data scientists, and marketers to rapidly innovate and execute on company priorities.

  • Recruit, engage, and retain top-tier talent. Build diverse, inclusive teams and help team members grow through coaching, mentorship, and direct feedback.

What You'll Bring

  • You possess deep knowledge of modern software development practices, architecture, and infrastructure, with a background in building and scaling complex, high-availability systems.

  • You can drive technical strategy and make informed decisions that balance immediate needs with future goals.

  • You have exceptional skills in leading and communicating with teams, capable of inspiring and motivating engineers while effectively influencing stakeholders.

  • You have a proven track record in attracting, hiring, and nurturing top engineering talent, with several years in people-management roles.

  • You excel at tackling and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.

  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on agility and quick adaptation to change.

  • You are skilled in working across various teams to deliver high-quality products.
