Job Description

Dive into the dynamic world of fitness sales as an Outbound Sales and Lead Generation Specialist. You’ll be the first point of contact for health-conscious individuals seeking personalized fitness solutions. Responsibilities

  • Initiate fitness-focused conversations to seamlessly transition into the sales process
  • Guide prospects through the application journey and secure sales call bookings
  • Maintain impeccable written communication, reflecting the premium nature of the service
  • Proactively suggest improvements to existing sales systems and strategies
  • Operate during peak evening hours to align with client availability


Requirements
  • 1+ years of proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Exceptional written English skills, capable of engaging high-value clients
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a knack for building rapport via text-based communication
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow
  • Passion for or active interest in fitness and healthy lifestyles
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts, typically 6 PM to 10 PM GMT
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Adaptability to feedback and eagerness to contribute ideas for enhancing outreach effectiveness
  • Comfort with digital tools and willingness to learn new technologies as needed
