The Business Development Manager – IT Outsourcing will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and expanding Company’s footprint in the IT outsourcing market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT services and outsourcing solutions, a track record of sales success, and excellent communication skills to engage with C-level executives and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT outsourcing to meet or exceed sales targets. Research potential clients, build a sales pipeline, and qualify leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Solution Selling: Develop a deep understanding of [Company Name]’s IT outsourcing offerings, including managed services, software development, cloud solutions, and tech support. Tailor solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and RFQs. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to create custom solutions that align with client objectives.

    • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing services, including software development, infrastructure management, cloud computing, and tech support.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT outsourcing solutions and technology trends, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, application development, and managed services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Knowledge of IT project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with global IT outsourcing models, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore service delivery.
