Your missions

Job Title: Business Development Manager, Payments (Russian Speaker)

Job Type: Remote, Full-time

Location: Remote, Europe, UK

Salary: £65K-£70K annual gross + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Finding new opportunities and development of relationship with bank and payment institutions.
  • Development of the company, promoting new ideas in terms of opening
  • new banks, putting forward ideas on some new products and establishing new connections.
  • Maintaining the current payment business.
  • Finding and developing new directions for companys payments business.
  • Participation in the companys development strategy.
  • Attend exhibitions and act as a representative of the company.
  • Selection of financial service providers necessary to achieve the companys goals.
  • Managing the process of connecting each provider: Negotiations, boarding with legal departments, obtaining technical requirements for integration, transferring tasks to the IT department, supporting, and solving problems in the process of working with the provider.
  • Preparation of Funds-flow, Volume Forecasts, Estimated Turnover and other forecasts at the request of Providers and Partner Banks.
  • Participation in professional events and conferences in the UK, Europe and Asia. Creating a positive reputation in the professional community through personal communication with participants at events.
  • Participation in Affiliate Marketing conferences.
  • Participation in personal meetings with providers and partner banks.
  • Researching the Affiliate Marketing to find new market needs in order to develop the companys services.
  • Requirements:
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop strong relationships internally and with third parties.
  • Having connections, good reputation and relationships with partner in the fintech sector.
  • Knowldege of high-risk online business areas
  • Understanding the Affiliate Marketing and its needs.
  • Experience in payment industry (EMI preferred)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible in negotiations and find innovative ways to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to be a team player and believe in the companys goals.
  • Proactiveness
  • English and Russian languages

Job Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required

Industry experience (3-5 years) in payment setting.
