The Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for both technical and growth roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers to identify needs, build pipelines, and manage the hiring process from start to finish. Given our hyper-growth environment, we’re looking for someone with experience recruiting at fast-paced, high-growth tech companies, capable of sourcing top talent in a competitive market.

This position pays between 110k-125k CAD per year.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical (engineering, product, technical support) and growth-focused (marketing, sales, business development) roles.

  • Partner with department heads across engineering, product, marketing, and sales to define talent needs and design sourcing strategies.

  • Proactively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, industry networks, and other relevant channels.

  • Ensure excellent candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.

  • Build a strong and diverse talent pipeline to meet Bankjoy’s immediate and future hiring needs.

  • Work closely with leadership to drive recruitment efforts and meet aggressive hiring targets in a hyper-growth environment.

  • Maintain recruiting metrics and deliver progress reports to senior leadership.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical and growth roles.

  • Proven track record of success recruiting in hyper-growth tech companies.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, remote-first environments.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies for engineering, product, marketing, and sales roles.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS) and sourcing strategies.

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Experience with Ashby is a big bonus.
