Summary of Job Duties:
The Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition is responsible for meeting with designated Hiring Managers and/or Dept. Heads to discuss open positions and their functionality within the department/business unit/service line operations. The Senior Recruiter will develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent to UAMS and provide a high-level of customer service by consulting with and guiding hiring managers regarding recruitment and staffing issues. The Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for posting all approved, open Job Requisitions in Workday and will provide pre-screening applicants for Hiring Manager's review, to include phone screening for minimum qualifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of solid recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Communicate with others verbally or in writing to provide or obtain information.
Ability to organize & prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and pay attention to details.
