Job description

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager with deep experience blockchain and crypto space. This role will be a core part of our dynamic partnerships team, responsible for developing and overseeing partnership opportunities and strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate is a crypto native - a true "degen" - who lives and breathes this industry, with a proven track record of success in sales, bd, and/or partnership roles.

Responsibilities:
End-to-end ownership of client projects

From initial strategy development through execution, PMs need to own client work streams including all communications with clients, internal teams, and third parties as well as conduct the needed project management and negotiations to deliver Partnerships department services.

More specifically, the work includes:

  • Building relationships with clients, deeply understanding their projects to craft partnerships strategies that help them grow.

  • Implementing those strategies from developing target lists + doing any outreach needed, making connections in TG, facilitating conversations to get them to conclusions.

  • Managing those conversations to keep them moving and up to date across clients and teams - clients, internal teams, partners.

  • Utilizing a variety of tools and processes to manage projects, contacts, and results reporting.
