Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter specializing in Machine Learning and Big Data, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. Your primary focus will be sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with expertise in these cutting-edge fields. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and technical leads to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities


  • Sourcing and Screening: Write and post technical job descriptions on relevant platforms, including IT specialist job boards and social media channels.
  • Identify potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Screen resumes and applications to compile a shortlist of qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand specific role requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of machine learning and big data technologies to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, conferences, and networking events.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably with a focus on machine learning and big data roles or technical recruiting, over 5- 8 years
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms for sourcing and candidate management.
  • Strong communication skills and building relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
