Job description (jobdesc) dari seorang *Adjuster Lift* untuk merek Otis, atau perusahaan yang menyediakan layanan lift dan eskalator, biasanya meliputi tugas-tugas teknis berikut:

1. **Pengaturan dan Penyesuaian Lift**:

   - Menyesuaikan sistem kontrol lift, seperti kecepatan, akselerasi, dan level pemberhentian untuk memastikan lift berfungsi dengan mulus dan sesuai standar.

   - Menyetel sensor, motor, dan komponen mekanis lainnya agar sesuai dengan spesifikasi operasional.

   - Menguji performa lift setelah pemasangan atau perbaikan untuk memastikan bahwa lift memenuhi standar keamanan dan performa.

2. **Pemasangan dan Komisioning Lift**:

   - Mengawasi proses pemasangan lift baru dan memastikan semua komponen telah dipasang dengan benar sesuai dengan diagram dan panduan teknis.

   - Melakukan *commissioning* atau pengujian awal sebelum lift siap digunakan oleh pengguna.

3. **Pemeriksaan dan Pemeliharaan Teknis**:

   - Melakukan inspeksi berkala pada lift untuk memastikan komponen berfungsi dengan baik.

   - Memastikan semua bagian elektrik, mekanik, dan sistem keselamatan bekerja sesuai dengan standar Otis dan peraturan pemerintah.

4. **Diagnosa dan Troubleshooting**:

   - Mendiagnosa masalah pada lift yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan menentukan solusi perbaikan.

   - Menganalisis dan memperbaiki masalah teknis, seperti kerusakan pada sistem elektronik atau gangguan mekanik pada lift.

   - Menggunakan alat diagnostik khusus untuk mendeteksi masalah pada komponen lift.

5. **Pelaporan dan Dokumentasi**:

   - Menyusun laporan hasil inspeksi, perbaikan, dan penyesuaian lift untuk keperluan dokumentasi perusahaan.

   - Melaporkan kondisi dan perbaikan yang dilakukan kepada manajemen dan memastikan bahwa semua prosedur keselamatan dipatuhi.

6. **Komunikasi dengan Klien**:
