Hempel have started an exciting digitalization journey in People and Culture and have just implemented Workday HCM globally.
We are as part of this journey now looking for Workday Specialist to help us ensure high level of operational excellence of our global Workday solution in Hempel. This is an exciting and challenging job, where you will play a key part in influencing and delivering a strategic priority in People & Cultures contribution to Double Hempel by 2025. You will be responsible for operational execution of transactional business processes globally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Workday application management support covering day to day questions and issues related to Workday HCM
- Responsible for providing support across multiple functional areas of Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Performance Management, Onboarding, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Reporting, Integration, EIB, and security)
- Perform HRIS operational duties for Workday HCM modules
- Participate in projects and development activities, including system upgrades, testing and the implementation of additional modules and functionality
- Perform routine audits on data to ensure data quality of all records within workday
- Maintaining platform documentation such as training materials, configuration documents, Process documents etc.
- Provide consulting guidance to P&C and COE’s on how to leverage the system to drive efficiency and optimize system functionality
- Mentor, guide, coach and train less experienced Workday user for proper use of our solutions
- Ensure effective engagement and collaboration with cross functional teams (HRIS & Digital, P&C, People Analytics)
- Actively use Workday community platform to influence and provide inputs into brainstorm ideas
We are looking for Workday Specialist …who comes from an international organization and have:
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Workday HCM
- Experience in Talent, Learning, Compensation, reporting and integration is a plus
- Ability to maintain the highest regulatory and compliance standards in handling employee records
- Experience resolving Workday issues by collaborating with users and relevant stakeholders
- Exceptional English communication skills, problem solving, time management, and organizational skill
- Skilled at effectively managing and prioritizing escalations or business critical situations
