Real Estate Specialist
The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for overseeing aspects of managing the real estate portfolio, including reviewing and negotiating lease transactions, tracking data, and communicating with necessary stakeholders throughout the process. This role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, as well as an understanding of the real estate industry.
Location: Medford, OR
Compensation: $40,000-90,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders such as landlords and attorneys, to address requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain real property database
- Review and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate with strategic business needs to negotiate acquisition and dispositions of properties to manage real estate portfolio.
- Collect monthly lease payment information from landlords, review changes, prepare, and provide change notices to accounting as necessary.
- Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting. Manage delinquencies and develop strategies to ensure on-time rent payments.
- Prepare and present regular reports on critical dates, and other relevant information to senior management.
- Reviews and process recurring rent, monthly utility charges, tenant services payments and other monthly billings to certify rent roll.
- Plans, develop, and execute quarterly rent forecasts and annual budget projects for corporate properties.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Train and guide team members on real estate policies and procedures at the Organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related real estate role.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with property management software such as Tango and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail
