Tietoevry Tech Services Sweden is looking for a Commercial Contract Manager to join the team.

As a Commercial Contract Manager you will work closely with the sales and customer teams on the pre- and post-signature phases.

As Commercial Contract Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Implementation of contract lifecycle management processes in Tietoevry Tech Services Sweden
  • Coach/Lead the contract management operations for the in-scope accounts
  • Supporting with contract management activities (such as contract changes, interpretation, issues) together with the Tietoevry contract delivery responsible roles e.g., the account Delivery Executive and Service Delivery Manager

  • Support with contract compliance investigations ensuring we delivery according to the contract.
  • Liaise with legal on complex matters
  • Support with GDPR compliance topics on accounts
  • Deliver training to the key account members in Contract Management processes and controls
  • Monitoring and reporting on selected KPIs

Skills and experience:

  • Swedish national as security clearance will be required.
  • Swedish and English language fluency
  • 10+ years in sourcing or commercial contract management roles (or similar). Extensive experience in Service Delivery may be an advantage.
  • Background in IT outsourcing contracts and understanding of Cloud solutions
  • Exceptional experience dealing with contract matters with up-to-date knowledge of contract law.
  • Solid financial background with an understanding how the commercial elements in the contract interlink between documents
  • Ability to work with complex, high-pressure environments and prioritize accordingly
  • Experience in multi-discipline areas such as bid support, sales, procurement
  • Strong negotiating and consulting skills
  • Legal degree with focus on commercial and contract law is nice to have but not mandatory.
