Your Mission

We are looking for a HRBP to join the People Partners team at BlaBlaCar. 

As HRBP for Ops perimeter (Short & Long distance Carpooling, Western Europe Buses, ESC revenues, Marketing) for a 13-month fixed term contract. Your main mission is to understand the business, its strategy, roadmap and challenges well, with the ability to translate business needs into people needs and anticipate change, but also to formulate and drive action (HR roadmap) for the organization through coaching, advisory, and targeted initiatives informed by data (organizational health & pulse tracking). 

You will be reporting to the Lead HRBP and working with a team of 4 HRBPs. 

Your responsibilities
  • Partner with people experts and managers in the organization to build & roll out People programs  (including goals setting, performance evaluations, promo assessments, compensation reviews & bonus planning, etc). 
  • Assess and monitor organizational health and pulse (engagement survey + organization health metrics + ad-hoc feedback).
  • Follow the organization’s effectiveness and drive development (incl. organization design, performance management, career pathing, targeted learning, development programs, etc).
  • Identify and drive people roadmap for the organization.
  • Build and follow your organization’s staffing plan. 

  • Your qualifications
  • 5 progressive years of experience in HR, including 2-3 years of HRBP experience or HR Leader. 
  • Experience as HR for Sales and Ops departments is required. 
  • Knowledge of FR law, Syntec and Transportation collective agreement are required. 
  • Experience in demonstrating judgment and problem-solving skills about people and organizational issues; you have a creative, solutions-based mindset 
  • Practical experience with HRMS (Workday is a plus)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relations with employees and managers
  • Good organizational skills with business-oriented thinking and analytical mindset
  • Full working proficiency in English & French
