This is a hybrid (office and remote) based position out of our Minneapolis, Minnesota, Denver, Colorado, Chicago, IL, Milwaukee, WI, Nashville, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, Arlington, VA, Charlotte, NC or Overland Park, KS locations.

As our new Consultant, we invite you to bring your enthusiasm and innovation to address our client’s critical problems.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Performing job tasks such as: Completing EHS compliance audits of various client locations including industrial sites, by reviewing and abstracting regulatory requirements for multi-media EHS compliance; Assisting with development of comprehensive site or facility implementation of EHS activities that reduce the risk to our client’s employees and business operations including conducting training of EHS and related topics, preparing plans and procedures, and investigations; providing oversight of environmental, health and safety aspects of active construction projects.
- Travel to industrial and commercial facilities and construction sites for site visits (typically 2-5 days in duration), including both local and non-local travel. Total travel is expected to range from approximately 25-50%.
- Supporting multiple projects and meeting high quality standards on project deliverables and formulating conclusions and opinions and communicating with team members and clients.
- Efficiently gather and understand data and prepare and present data in a well-organized and meaningful report or presentation and prepare technical reports that effectively communicate (summarize) actions and findings.

About you
- Candidates must have a minimum of a BS in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology or a related discipline. A Masters Degrees and/or professional certification in EHS is beneficial.
- 3+ years of work or directly related experience is preferred.
- The physical requirements of this position may include the need for climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing/sitting/walking, pushing/pulling, and lifting. In certain situations, this position may expose the candidate to extremes in weather (hot/cold); high noise levels, to hazards such as a proximity to moving machine parts and moving vehicles, electrical current and exposure to chemicals. Employees may be required to take specific training and to wear personal protective equipment on some occasions.
