  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management and email marketing, with a focus on content posting, scheduling, and community engagement. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact). 
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva are a plus. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage and build rapport with online communities. 
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and contribute to content creation efforts, ensuring that all posts and emails are engaging and visually appealing

Core responsibilities:

  • Content Posting & Scheduling: Manage the scheduling and posting of content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimal engagement times. 
  • Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns, including the creation and scheduling of email content, list management, segmentation, and performance tracking. 
  • Community Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with followers on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. 
  • Content Creation Support: Assist with creating and curating engaging content (images, videos, copy) for social media and email campaigns, collaborating with designers and content creators as needed.
  • Platform Management: Use social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to manage the posting calendar, ensuring that content is published at optimal times for audience engagement. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media and email campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, email marketing platforms) and report on key metrics to the team. 
  • Adherence to Strategy: Follow the social media and email marketing strategy provided by the marketing manager or team lead, ensuring that all activities align with overall business objectives.
