Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing execution, with a strong focus on content creation, web design, and optimizing organic campaigns across multiple channels. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including WordPress for website management, Canva for graphic design, and email and social media scheduling apps. Strong copywriting skills are essential for creating engaging content across web, social, and email channels. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data from organic campaigns and translate insights into actionable improvements to enhance engagement and conversions. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in content creation, web design, and campaign reporting to ensure consistency and quality across all digital platforms.

Core responsibilities:

Campaign Execution: Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and display advertising, with a focus on organic growth rather than paid ads. Content Management: Coordinate, schedule, and post content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging. This includes writing copy and creating visuals using tools like Canva. SEO: Execute on-page SEO tasks, including keyword optimization and content updates, to enhance website visibility. Familiarity with WordPress is essential for managing site content and making necessary updates. Social Media Management: Handle day-to-day social media activities, including content posting, audience engagement, and monitoring trends, using social media scheduling tools. Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing to improve open and click-through rates. Create compelling copy and visuals to drive engagement. Web Design: Support web design tasks within WordPress, ensuring that site content is optimized and aligns with overall marketing goals. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and report on key metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments. Adherence to Strategy: Follow the digital marketing strategy and guidelines provided by the marketing manager or team lead, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless campaign execution and consistency in messaging across all channels.
