We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company devices and user accounts, ensuring seamless operations, and providing top-notch technical support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
🍏 Install, configure, and maintain Company hardware and software systems, including MacBooks, iMacs, Windows Desktops, and mobile devices.
🔧 Administer Company applications, ensuring optimal configuration and integration with other systems.
👨💻 Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues prompt
🔐 Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the Assured Environment.
🛡️ Maintain Assured security protocols and best practices to protect against data breaches and cyber threats.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. ✅
🚀 Assist in planning and implementing IT projects, including upgrades and new technology initiatives.
📝 Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
🚀 4+ years of experience in IT administration in a fast growing start-up.
🔧 Proven experience with IT administration, system maintenance and user support. 📈Skills:
🍏 Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux and iOS operating systems.
📧 Proficiency in device management software, software access management, G Suite administration and Google Workspace tools.🔧
🗣️Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
🕒Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
