We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our emerging markets (Payroll/PEO) sales team! This position will help us generate new logo business by selling our software solutions, building strong relationships, and identifying customer needs. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue selling our workforce management, HCM, supply chain and inventory solutions.

The Role...
  • The top priorities for this position include understanding prospect goals and initiatives, meeting prospect success goals, and ensuring prospects realize, grow, and reference their received value from our software.
  • Efficiently utilize our tech stack (Salesforce, Groove, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Make persuasive product presentations and closing business through logical, incremental steps.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Establish and expand relationships within the territory.
  • Develop prospects that are excited to share their success story with others.
  • Communicate challenges and solutions with your management team.
  • Assess level of objection, risk and mitigation using corporate guidelines.

  • The Ideal Candidate...
  • 3+ years’ experience selling, Payroll, PEO, ASO and/or SaaS Restaurant solutions preferred
  • Proven record of influencing, negotiating, and closing sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Solid understanding of the need to utilize CRM in an effective way to follow consultative and key insight sales processes, manage lead opportunities and create accurate forecasts.
  • Strong prospecting experience & processes
  • Exceptional presentation and listening skills.
