ILET Solutions is looking for full time Instruction Designer for its requirements in Bangalore.

• Develop storyboard as per content research outline
  
• Make review changes for language, ID and flow
  
• Upload and test content and quiz
  
• Create scripts for translation and voice over
  
• Create course structure 
  
• Research content for various domains
  
• Identify new interactivity for online courses
  
• Analyze target audience profiles
  
• Analyze content to identify content gaps and create course outlines
  
• Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content and define learning objectives for courses
  
• Storyboard and review storyboards for WBTs
  
• Develop and review developed material for ILTs
  
• Document design and writing specifications and guidelines
  

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ yrs of experience in Instructional Design role, preferably from E learning industry
  
• Experience in content analysis, storyboarding WBTs
  
• Experience in reviewing scripts, storyboards, and developed outputs
  
• Experience in working with the graphics team to get ideas across
  
• Should have knowledge of a full project life cycle including timelines and targets, flexibility with extended hours, etc.
  
• Good knowledge of computers, especially MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint)
