This role can be filled in the following State Fund locations: Pleasanton, Sacramento, and Vacaville CA.


In this Role You Will…

  • Provide administrative support for the department, create scheduled and ad hoc reports, and provide analysis and recommendations
  • Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for the Next Generation and Legacy Systems projects
  • Assist in training efforts for the Credit and Collections program on systems, changes or developments


Our Ideal Candidate Has…

  • Four years of experience in professional workers' compensation sales, safety, underwriting, vocational rehabilitation or claims field investigation.
  • Experience creating budgets
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient knowledge of Micro Strategy
  • Proficient understanding of Power BI
  • Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in collaborating and working with business partners while providing excellent customer service
