Finance related BSBA required, Accounting BSBA highly preferred, 2-5 years non-profit accounting experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Experience with Workday and Office Connect.Key responsabilities:
- Supervise Camp Accountant(s) and Bookkeeper Supervisor
- Conduct annual performance evaluations
- Generate accurate monthly financial reports
- Review bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Address inquiries from camp leadership
