We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Data & Digital Strategic Partnerships Relations to spearhead our partnerships with health systems during the development and launch of new products. In this executive role, you will manage strategic relationships, evaluate product performance and value creation in real-world settings, and ensure exceptional executive-level engagement with our healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with health system executive teams to facilitate collaboration and adoption of new products.
  • Product Launch Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and health systems to plan and execute the rollout of new products, ensuring alignment with client needs and timelines.
  • Performance Evaluation: Oversee the assessment of product performance within health systems, gathering data and feedback to inform our product roadmap.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term collaboration.
  • Market Insight: Provide strategic insights into health system challenges, industry trends, and regulatory developments to guide company strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and drive success.
  • Performance Reporting: Present regular updates on partnership status, product efficacy, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Non-traditional training pathways are welcome.
  • Experience: 15+ years in healthcare partnerships, leadership within a healthcare organization, or administration of a health system, with at least 10 years in a leadership position.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including hospital operations and regulatory environments.
  • Relationship Builder: Proven ability to establish and nurture executive-level relationships within the healthcare sector.
  • Strategic Visionary: Skilled in developing strategies that align partnerships with business objectives.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experienced in leading complex negotiations and securing favorable agreements.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in evaluating data to assess product performance and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborative Leader: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational initiatives.
  • Passionate Innovator: Enthusiastic about leveraging technology to transform healthcare delivery.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $328,600.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
