Position Summary
The Commercial Planning Senior Analyst on the Wine & Spirits Commercial Sales Enablement Team will assist with the translation and implementation of the Wine & Spirits Division and Brand Strategies into executable Sales tactics, programs and initiatives. Providing market insights, analytics and strategy to shape the Commercial Plan as well as execution and enablement strategies. The Commercial Planning Senior Analyst will be responsible for the development and implementation of KPIs, Incentives, Programs, Goal Setting and continuous improvement processes. This role is highly collaborative and visible with many cross functional partners including internal Sales Teams, Distributors, Brand Marketing, Finance, Operations and Innovation teams.
Key Responsibilities
KPI and Incentive Management:
Assist in development of KPIs, Incentives and other programs that drive strategic delivery of commercial and financial goals
Ownership of communication, implementation and continuous improvement of KPIs, incentives and programs
Work cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to develop KPI and Incentive goals including execution metrics, exceptions processes and necessary tracking
Point person for questions, feedback and in-period management for internal Sales teams, external distributor partners and cross-functional departments
Manage ~$8M budget in partnership with Finance funding key KPI and Incentive programs driving annual plan attainment
Ensure the Commercial Plan is successfully integrated with key distributor partners and as necessary, support Commercial Planning Manager in KPI, Incentive and Program PMO
General Commercial Planning Responsibilities:
Input and cross-functional collaboration to build the Commercial Plan for the Wine & Spirit Division
Assist in the development of key selling materials to ensure clarity of expectation and desired outcomes
Support the Commercial Planning Manager in the resourcing, development and execution of in-person incentive and education trips
Input and compilation of key executive presentation materials

Skills & Experience:
5+ years experience in Sales, Finance, Operations, Category Management, Analytics or Marketing; Beverage Alcohol preferred
Expertise in translating results from advanced analytic modeling and analyses into insights and actionable recommendations
Strong understanding of syndicated data with ability to perform complex quantitative analysis from depletions, scanner and panel data
Demonstrated leadership in a cross functional setting across Sales, Marketing and Operations
Ability to clearly communicate complex issues and solutions at the Executive level
Analytical problem-solving skills
Influencing others and successful navigator in a matrix organization
Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and on a team with limited or general oversight
Solid organizational skills and success in deadline management
Physical Requirements/Other

Location and Travel Requirements
This role can be located anywhere in the US. While not required, this role can work out of one of our headquarters offices in Chicago, IL, San Francisco, CA, or Rochester, NY.

The salary range for this role is:
$79,800.00 - $167,700.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
