Job description

As the VP of Growth – User Acquisition/Lead Generation, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth in areas like debt relief, Medicare insurance, and financial services. This role needs a results-oriented leader who can use paid media, affiliate marketing, and other channels to bring in high-quality leads that convert into sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Growth Efforts: Own and scale user acquisition and lead generation strategies across debt, Medicare insurance, and financial services. Create and execute campaigns that drive leads with strong conversion potential.
  • Focus on Key Verticals: Understand how to grow in niche sectors like debt relief and financial services, optimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC) while maximizing lifetime value (LTV).
  • Multi-Channel Strategy: Build and optimize campaigns across affiliate networks, paid search, paid social, native ads, and email marketing. Ensure all efforts deliver measurable ROI and meet sales goals.
  • Sales Metrics: Track and improve key metrics like lead quality, conversion rates, cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and overall pipeline performance. Use A/B testing and data insights to refine strategies continuously.
  • Affiliate & Partner Management: Manage affiliate and partner networks in the debt, insurance, and financial sectors. Oversee performance marketing campaigns and work with key partners.
  • Remote Team Leadership: Build and lead a remote growth team. Set clear goals and drive the team to achieve results.
  • Experience: 5+ years in senior roles focused on growth, user acquisition, or lead generation—ideally in debt, Medicare insurance, or other high-growth financial industries.
  • Sales-Focused: Proven success in optimizing sales funnels, nurturing leads, and closing deals in high-ticket sectors like financial services and insurance.
  • Performance Marketing: Experience managing large ad budgets and running effective campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, display, native, and affiliate networks.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to manage and optimize key metrics like CAC, CPL, CPA, and LTV to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Affiliate & Network Management: Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing programs in competitive sectors.
  • Leadership: Experience building and leading remote teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment with business goals.
