Position Overview:

Come join the Rentokil-Terminix family in this advanced position to assist customers and expand relationships!  All from the comfort of your home! 

This is a remote job opportunity, so you’ll never have to leave the comfort of home as long as you have a distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access and the ability to connect your equipment to an ethernet outlet (25Mbps download & 5Mbps upload speeds) you will be just fine.

What do our Customer Care Representatives do?

This position  is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer interactions across multiple communication platforms to address customer needs and ensure retention. Provides a high-quality service experience by answering routine inquiries and resolving problems that may require deviation from standard operating procedures. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Handles customer correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries

  • Offers creative Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers

  • Cultivates and maintains on-going customer relationships

  • Uses computerized system for identifying customer needs, tracking contacts, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting

  • Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues

  • Initiates outbound customer service calls for various campaigns

  • Handles incoming calls from technicians to provide support

What do you need?

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Windows 

  • Ability to type 25 wpm preferred 

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 

  • Must be able to meet the standard KPI required metrics 

  • Ability to maintain professional communication and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment

  • Good problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays 

  • Must be dependable and consistently punctual for all scheduled shifts 

  • A private home office/workspace suitable for working remotely during scheduled shift

  • Broadband internet (25Mbps download & 5Mbps upload speeds) with ability to hardwire via an Ethernet cable 

  • Child / dependent care as necessary during the hours of scheduled shift
