Job Description

Sixt is looking for an Account Manager SME to develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, serving as their main point of contact and up-selling relevant solutions. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes: 

  • Excellent work ethic and willingness to take on multiple tasks 
  • Highly efficient communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task 
  • Energetic and success-oriented 
  • Professional written and verbal skills 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and negotiate existing and newly acquired accounts for cross- and up-selling 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with B2B corporate accounts 
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date database of customers using Salesforce 
  • Reach and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets 
  • Serve as the mobility expert and consultant for our corporate customers 
  • Oversee a significant portfolio of existing customers 
  • Aid in the improvement of the existing sales process and the optimization of everyday routines 
  • Contribute to revenue growth to meet business plan targets 
  • Analyze existing customers to offer Sixt products that fit their needs

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in sales or account management 
  • Demonstrated passion and skill for sales 
  • Proven ability to recognize complex customer needs and match those with suitable offers 
  • Target-driven motivation 
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) 
  • Structured, communicative, and confident on the phone 
  • Strong analytical skills and good at prioritizing and solving problems
