Your role in our future

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our customer base by identifying and engaging high-value prospects. As an SDR, you’ll be key in building relationships, qualifying leads, and setting up our sales team for success. This role is crucial in expanding our sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.
  • Generate and nurture leads to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage a pipeline of interested customers and coordinate next steps with the sales team.
  • Research and qualify potential leads across various channels (e.g., social media, events, 6sense, databases).
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to generate new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Set up meetings or demos for qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and demand generation teams to ensure alignment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Meet key metrics for lead generation and conversion.


Your profile
  • 2+ years of experience in Tech. sales or sales development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email) and the ability to build relationships.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude.

This position has an hourly pay range of:

$19.38-$29.09
