Attorney - Corporate

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team. This attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice to management on Intellectual Property acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of corporate law, and experience in mergers and acquisitions.

Job locations: Any ITC Office (NA | EMEA | IN)

Position Overview: The Corporate Attorney will provide legal advice and guidance to management on mergers and acquisitions, corporate initiatives, and other strategic initiatives. This attorney will also be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on corporate law and compliance regulations, and managing corporate legal affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to management on mergers and acquisitions, corporate initiatives, and other strategic initiatives.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, asset purchase agreements, and other related documents.
• Advise on corporate law and compliance regulations.
• Manage corporate legal affairs, including tracking and reporting on legal issues.
• Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to corporate activity.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• LLB plus LLM or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state where you are located.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions.
• Coming from a Top Law School
