Who We’re Seeking
Qvest is seeking an experienced Recruiter with exceptional direct sourcing skills, a keen ability to stay highly organized while managing multiple priorities, and a self-motivated approach to creating results. In this role, you will support our experienced candidate pipeline through candidate sourcing, and help manage our recruitment processes through candidate communication and coordination. You will also help manage our campus recruitment efforts, working with a team of Qvesters to execute our campus recruitment strategy. This is a special opportunity to make a pivotal contribution to the continued growth of Qvest!

What You’ll Do
  • Sourcing
  • Source and market to passive experienced candidates from the consulting industry
  • Work closely with hiring managers & full lifecycle recruiters to understand role requirements & identify top talent
  • Use sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter & leverage Boolean search strings to creatively find candidates that are strong matches for our roles

  • Campus Recruitment Oversight
  • Help manage our campus recruitment efforts by scheduling events, coordinating payment, coordinating volunteers & recruitment materials, and reporting on candidate pipelines
  • Ensure campus recruitment volunteers are prepped and ready to execute on their assigned activities
  • Report on campus recruitment activities to management regularly, including metrics on candidate engagement, budget usage, volunteer engagement, and more

  • Recruiting Coordination
  • Support full-cycle recruiting as needed, including sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, managing candidates, and prepping & extending offers

  • What You'll Bring
  • 1+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, scheduling interviews, tracking applicants, and extending offers)
  • 1+ year of project management experience, managing activities & tasks against a project plan
  • Strong passive candidate sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience building diversity recruitment strategies for experienced and entry-level recruiting
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours as-needed for campus recruiting events
  • Ability to independently manage your workload while supporting the larger recruiting team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with ATS navigation, data maintenance, and reporting
  • Experience ensuring that the recruiting processes and documentation comply with all EEO guidelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience in campus or early-career recruiting
  • Experience working in recruiting for a Consulting firm
  • An understanding of the common roles in strategy and/or technology consulting firms
