Title: Manager of Strategic Accounts

Position Overview & Responsibilities
The Manager of Strategic Accounts is responsible and accountable for the overall financial performance, Client satisfaction, retention, and growth of the assigned Company “Strategic Accounts”. The Manager of Strategic Accounts is required to build, maintain and/or expand business relationships with strategically important Clients while representing the entire range of Company services and technology. The Manager of Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading the development and execution of their respective Client account planning cycles to ensure every assigned Clients’ security service needs, and expectations are met or exceeded by the Company.
Core duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Acts as senior point of contact for the Client and establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Client accounts.
- Establishes proactive, ongoing contact management with each echelon of the Client organization, including district, and regional and headquarter levels of the Client organization with the overall intent of continually monitoring performance data and communicating trends, opportunities, and progress. All account-based interaction will be recorded by the Manager of Strategic Accounts in Salesforce.
- Works with and through Manager of Strategic Accounts program leadership, Service Agents, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver service and account growth.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates Client’s needs on an ongoing basis, communicates them internally as needed; develops plan and oversees delivery execution.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address Clients’ needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Company personnel.
- Helps to achieve assigned Sales Quota in designated strategic accounts.
- Meets assigned expectations for Revenue and Profitability maintenance and/or growth.
- Achieves strategic Clients’ objectives as defined by Protos management.
- Completes strategic Client account plans designed by the Manager of Strategic Accounts program leadership.
- Conducts Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and Annual Business Review (ABR) process with each assigned Client. Coordinates the attendees and material to present. Submits the QBR/ABR agenda, content, and report prior to the meeting to Manager of Strategic Accounts program leadership.
- Be the accountable point person with all rollouts of new business for each assigned Client. Direct the flow of information between each Client, the specific Company personnel, and Company departments involved in each roll-out, and vice versa.
Organizational Alignment:
- Reports to the Vice President of Manager of Strategic Accounts Program or other Company personnel, as instructed by the Senior Vice President of Sales & Strategic Accounts.
- Enlists the support of Operations teams, Sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other resources, as needed.
- Closely coordinates Company Executive involvement with Client management.
- Works closely with Service Agents to ensure the highest level of Client satisfaction and expedient problem resolution.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting; equivalent business experience will be considered.
Other Skills, Abilities and Qualifications
- Sales Experience preferred or demonstrated ability to grow key accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
- Minimum 10 years of strategic account management experience in a business-to business environment or demonstrated experience with related assignments.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint and Outlook
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. Creative problem-solving skills are a plus.
