We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect. This role will be responsible for driving new business and ensuring that the solutions proposed meet the technical and business needs of our clients. 

This role will report to the VP–Sales & Marketing. 

This role is remote and will require occasional travel (10-15%), both for internal team meetings/strategic sessions as well as conferences and client meetings.

    • Support - Ongoing Advisory services in all aspects of end to end needs.
  • We Align Stakeholders by engaging IT, Operations, Business, and Finance Executives to ensure complete cross-functional buy-in of the solution, timeline, and outcomes.
  • We provide a true partner-centric approach that ensures we support our clients before, during, and after their vendor selection and implementation process
  • We create client-side plans focusing on outcome achievement that accelerates the decision process, and subsequently guides clients through what can be complex, long-cycle deployment programs.
  • Build board-ready business case models for CCaaS and UCaaS transformation programs that includes 5-year cash flow projections, and thorough ROI analysis and program justification.

 

The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect will provide the following: 

  • Technical Sales Support
    • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, engaging in new account pursuits and helping grow existing accounts
    • Conduct discovery sessions focused on the client's current state environment, pain points, future goals, and ensure proposed solutions align with technical requirements and business objectives
    • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction


  • Solution Design
  • Architect end-to-end CCaaS solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and our menu of services
  • Develop detailed solution maps that incorporate all required components to ensure the solution is sustainable 
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to estimate the technical resources, timelines, and costs associated with implementing the proposed solutions 
  • Work closely with our sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions

 

  • Presentations and Demos
    • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients on their over-arching solution and implementation timeline/approach/assumptions
    • Tell a story about how the solution will solve business challenges, drive value, and support strategic objectives
    • Translate complex technical concepts making it easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand the value of each proposed solution
    • Discuss assumptions and outline key milestones during each presentation to clearly outline the roadmap to implementation and expectations associated with each stage 

 

  • Competitive Positioning
    • Identify the unique value propositions and develop positioning strategies that highlight advantages stemmed from a detailed market analysis 
    • Collaborate with the sales team to influence strategy based on competitive insights and provide recommendations on how to position our services more effectively 
    • Work with the sales team to create strategies that address common objections


  • Industry Trends
    • Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to stay informed about best practices and industry standards 
    • Act as a thought leader and educate prospects and current clients on industry trends that address their business challenges and can create new opportunities 
    • Provide internal training sessions on industry trends and ensure team members are equipped to support client engagements 


  • Documentation
  • Create proposals that are tailored to client needs and address their requirements 
  • Develop detailed and accurate responses to RFP’s 
  • Prepare configuration guides that outline setup, customization, and integration processes
  • Develop high level solution blueprints that provide an overview of the proposed architecture
  • Create concise and informative high level solution briefs that summarize key features and benefits proposed in the solution requirements 
  • Create proposal timelines that align with client requirements

 

 

Our Ideal Candidate will have the following preferred skills and qualifications: 

  • 5-10 years of experience in customer experience (CX) or related fields at the large enterprise level 
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field is preferred
  • In depth knowledge of contact center and customer experience technologies, including CCaaS platforms and integrations
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software (Visio, Lucidchartetc)
  • Proven experience in pre-sales or solution architecture roles 
  • Experience developing and presenting technical content to large enterprise clients
  • Experience creating implementation timelines 
  • Experience in managing projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to understand and address customer needs and pain points
  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective solutions
  • Relevant certifications in CCaaS or related technologies are a plus
